House Museums

If you’re missing Kettle’s Yard check our News page as we’ll be regularly updating it with recommendations of museums and galleries which remind us of Kettle’s Yard.

Kettle’s Yard house offers an insight into the Ede’s way of life and their tastes in furniture and textiles as well as their collection of natural objects and art. A lot of people have commented on the joys of feeling at home within this domestic space or finding inspiration in Jim’s unique way of curating his home. This week we’re looking at house museums that, like Kettle’s Yard, inspire us with their art collections, architecture, interior design and atmosphere.
