25 November 2018, 10am – 4pm

Join contemporary abstract painter Claudia Böese for a practical painting workshop. During the day you will gain a deeper understanding of the work of Richard Pousette-Dart through experimenting with painting techniques. You will have a chance to explore your own practice.

Get an introduction to Kettle’s Yard, make sketches based on the Richard Pousette-Dart: Beginnings exhibition and take inspiration from his work. Take your sketches further, combining images, make monochrome work and add paint and colour to express your observations.

This workshop offers you an introduction to Kettle’s Yard and our current exhibition and gives you an opportunity to meet new people and work with a artist in our studio.

Suitable for adults. Participants must be over 16 years old.

Tickets are £75 (£60 concessions), booking required
