17 February 2018, 12.30pm, 2.30pm

Join Kettle’s Yard Director and curator of Actions, Andrew Nairne in the new gallery spaces for an introduction and tour of the Kettle’s Yard reopening exhibition.

Inspired by a letter by artist Naum Gabo, Actions. The image of the world can be different. reflects the energising diversity of art now and seeks to reassert the potential of art as a poetic, social and political force in the world.

Presenting the work of thirty-eight artists, it aims to show the potential of our new galleries and education spaces, complementing the uniqueness of the Kettle’s Yard House and collection.

This talk is free and drop in, no need to book. It is open to all but recommend for 16 years and above.

On 17 February 2018, ‘Introduction to Actions’ will take place once at 12.30pm and repeated at 2.30pm.
