Over the last year Kettle’s Yard, Junction CDC and Crucible (a research network within Cambridge University) have joined forces to create new and ambitious artist fellowships.
According to their area of interest, each artist has been granted access to the latest research in their chosen field, and encouraged to collaborate with some of Cambridge’s leading scientists and technologists. The results of these collaborations are exciting new ideas for interactive art works as well as proposals for new technological inventions. The exhibition will reveal the processes of engagement between artist and scientist, and the development of works in progress, so offering a unique insight into the creative process.
A joint collaboration between Kettle’s Yard, Crucible (a research network within the University promoting interdisciplinary collaboration) and the Junction, Cambridge, and in association with the Arts Council of England.
