In Praise of Painting:

a series of three lectures by Ian McKeever - Ian McKeever is one of this country's leading painters.

As an introduction to his exhibition at Kettle's Yard (15 May - 27 June 2004) he will give a series of lectures questioning whether there is a distinctive role for painting in contemporary art.
