Marketing & Press Assistant

 

Kettle’s Yard, University of Cambridge, is seeking to appoint a part-time Marketing and Press Assistant for three months. You will work with the Marketing and Press Officer to promote Kettle's Yard and all its activities encompassing exhibitions, music, education and the unique collection.

Kettle’s Yard, is the University of Cambridge’s modern and contemporary art gallery. It combines a house with a permanent collection of 20th century British and European art, with a gallery presenting exhibitions of modern and contemporary art. It has extensive music and education programmes.

You will have excellent written and spoken communication skills, experience of using social media successfully, knowledge and engagement with the visual arts and interest in working in marketing and press in an arts organisation.

Hours: 22 hrs p/wk, working hours are flexible

Salary: £17,827 pro rata

Limit of tenure: 3 months (with possibility of renewal)
