Kettle's Yard offers a unique opportunity to entertain friends, potential recruits, business associates or clients within the stimulating atmosphere of a contemporary art gallery.

Facilities

The Gallery space comfortably holds up to 120 standing.
The House seats 120, or 90 if a clear view of the presentation area is required.
Audio visual equipment can be made available by arrangement.
Catering and drinks may be arranged as part of your booking.

Conditions of Hire

No smoking is allowed in any part of the Gallery or House.
Food and drink may only be consumed in the Gallery and may not be taken into the House.
Hirers will be expected to pay for any breakages or damage caused to Kettle's Yard property during the course of their event.

Availability

All day Monday
Tuesday - Friday after 5.30 p.m. or before 12 noon
Please note that the space available in the gallery may be restricted by certain exhibitions.

Booking
Please call us ( 01223 352124 ) as early as possible to make a booking as corporate events are often booked and confirmed several months in advance. When a date has been finalised, we will send you the Booking Form. A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to confirm a booking; this will be credited to the final invoice. Please sign and return the Booking Form to us; on receipt of this, and the deposit, your booking can be confirmed.

Payment
Kettle's Yard will invoice the hirer after the event. Cheques should be payable to "University of Cambridge". Please make your payment within 30 days.
