basis from Kettle's Yard. If you require any other drinks, please contact
us at least two weeks prior to the event.

Caterers
Most companies order canapés or a buffet to accompany drinks. Please
contact the caterer directly; we recommend that you contact your caterer at
the same time that you confirm a booking with us in order to guarantee their

Taxi Firms
If you require taxis, you are advised to book these before your event begins,
especially if it is taking place on a Friday. Ask for the driver to come to
the Castle Street entrance.

Publicity
We recommend that you contact the University Careers Office (01223 338288)
before you make a booking if you would like information or advice on graduate
presentations being organised at the University. They co-ordinate the corporate
presentations being held, and will also be able to advise on specific aspects
of publicity. E-mail is another good way of reaching appropriate individuals
and the Careers Office has lists of addresses for each subject. Additionally,
you may want to write to departments, societies, colleges and individual students
and distribute posters. Advertisements in the student newspaper Varsity (01223
- 353422 / 337575) are effective as the paper is distributed free of charge
to all colleges.
