2021-22 Chamber Music Series

We are delighted to announce the return of our Chamber Music concerts to Kettle’s Yard.

See the full programme and book your tickets here.

Find out more about the concerts here.

We are not able to provide socially distanced seating. We advise ticket holders to wear a face covering. We recommend you take a Lateral Flow Test before attending a concert. We will keep a close eye on the latest guidance and will update ticket holders if there are changes. If we have to cancel a concert due to Covid-19 you will be offered a refund.

Music has always been played at Kettle’s Yard. There are two pianos in the House at Kettle’s Yard and when it was a home to Jim and Helen Ede they used to hold small concerts.

Our ticket prices are kept low thanks to the endowment left by our founder Jim Ede for Kettle’s Yard Thursday Evening Chamber Music Series. However this only supports a small part of our programme and we need your help to continue to support emerging artists and composers, and continue to provide world class performances as part of the Music at Kettle’s Yard programme.

Programming music

Justin Lee is the programmer for the chamber music series.  If you have a concert proposal please send it to with Justin Lee in the subject line and we will forward the proposal on.

Please note that we programme quite far ahead of time and we receive a large number of proposals so we are not always able to respond to submissions.
