Cambridge Sculpture Trails have just launched a new free app. This enables smart phone users (both Apple and Android) to find the 60 plus modern sculptures in public places within walking distance of Cambridge city centre. The app maps the trails, pin points the sculptures, gives headline details and an easy link for more information about each work. There is general guidance about finding works within college grounds and a quick link to telephone the Porters’ Lodge to ensure the college is open to the public. Beyond the colleges there are many other sculptures elsewhere in the city.

The Cambridge Sculpture Trails app is a great way to discover works by well known sculptors such as Antony Caro, Barbara Hepworth, Henry Moore and Anthony Gormley as well as many other pieces by up and coming artists.
