Operations Manager

Would you enjoy supporting the smooth running of a busy art gallery? Do you have experience of HR and administration? Kettle’s Yard House and Gallery in Cambridge is looking for an Operations Manager. This new role will be crucial to ensuring the efficient and effective running of the organisation. Responsibilities will include HR management, overseeing the front of house team, office administration, coordinating data collection and reporting for funders and liaising with internal and external contacts to support the smooth operation of the organisation.

Salary: £29,176-£34,804

Assistant to the Directors & Programme Support

Would you enjoy supporting the Directors of a busy art gallery? Do you have experience of administration and ensuring plans are kept to in an efficient way? Would you enjoy supporting a programme of concerts? Kettle’s Yard House and Gallery in Cambridge is looking for an Assistant to the Directors & Programme Support. This new role will provide administrative support to the two directors, and undertake tasks related to the administration and delivery of the music programme.

Salary: £23,067-£26,715
