On 19 April The Multi-Story Orchestra players will perform a recent commission by Lithuanian composer Ruta Vitkauskaite for percussion, viola, flute and clarinet as well as their own baroque arrangements for the same. Winners of a 2016 Royal Philharmonic Society Award, this ensemble has been celebrated as one of the most exciting to emerge in recent years.

The Multi-Story Orchestra presents extraordinary performances in unexpected settings. From car parks to schools and festivals, they create amazing live classical music experiences performed by incredible musicians. The Orchestra was started in 2011 by composer Kate Whitley and conductor Christopher Stark.
